Mr. Raheb provides strategic advice, legislative strategies, appropriations guidance and corporate representation to Fortune 500 and small businesses trying to navigate the rocks and shoals of Congress and the Administration.
Mr. Raheb served as a professional staff member of the House Ways and Means Committee under Chairman Bill Archer (R-TX). Mr. Raheb has represented the corporations lowering tariffs, opening markets, and protecting intellectual property rights, including successful anti-counterfeiting investigations in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Korea. He has successfully obtained government funding for critical public-private projects worthy of scarce federal dollars.
Prior to his service on Capitol Hill, Mr. Raheb was a senior evaluator for the General Accounting Office, focusing on oversight of the U.S. Customs Service, the Navy, and the U.S. intelligence community.
Mr. Raheb previously served as Senior Policy Advisor and Director of the Government Affairs Department at Thelen, Reid & Priest. He also served as the Senior Vice President and Principal of the Global Trade Strategies practice group at Cassidy & Associates.
Mr. Raheb continues to lead a number of efforts on behalf of companies that have a defense or intelligence community focus aiding in adopting technology applications to secure our nation.
Mr. Raheb earned an M.A. from the University of Southern California in Public Administration, and an M.B.A. and B.A. from UCLA.
