Ms. Bowen spent 10 years on Capitol Hill where she served as Personal Secretary to Congressman Douglas H. Bosco (D-CA) and Congressman Robert T. Matsui (D-CA).
She has extensive knowledge of how Capitol Hill works and how to reach the appropriate staff. Ms. Bowen possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, successfully organizes, coordinates and plans events and works closely with both clients and congressional staff.
Ms. Bowen previously served as an Administrative Assistant at Cassidy & Associates, where she directly supported several senior executives, including the firm’s CFO and the firm’s Executive Vice Presidents for the Defense, Aerospace, and University groups. On several occasions she directly supported the Chairman’s office by supervising the conduct of several major Hill events.
While at Cassidy, Ms. Bowen directly supported a client, the Council on Superconductivity for American Competitiveness, as their Secretary/Treasurer responsible for budgets, conferences, and membership. Ms. Bowen also served as a Confidential Assistant for the U.S. International Cultural and Trade Center Commission.
Ms. Bowen earned an A.S. degree in Executive Secretarial Science from Garland Junior College in Boston, Massachusetts.
