Mr. Gradler specializes in lobbying Members of Congress, especially those on the Senate Banking and House Financial Services Committees.

Previously, he served as a political and legislative aide to former Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX) and the former Senate Banking Committee Chairman, Senator Phil Gramm (R-TX).  He also served in the Office of Senator Richard Shelby (R-AL), where he handled legislative issues under the jurisdiction of the Senate Finance Committee.

In 2005 he founded Capitol Ideas, a political consulting and lobbying firm specializing in financial services, and tax policy.  In 2006, Capitol Ideas merged with RR&G, LLC.

Mr. Gradler was formerly Senior Vice President and Head of Government Affairs for Charles Schwab, where he charted the firm's Washington strategy with senior executives, including Charles Schwab himself.  Prior to working for Mr. Schwab, Mr. Gradler opened and ran the Washington office of the National Stock Exchange, an electronic stock exchange headquartered in Chicago.

Mr. Gradler earned an M.A. in Economics from George Mason University and B.S. degrees in both Economics and Business Management from Pennsylvania State University.
